1) Icon for Remastered no longer launches Blizzard Desktop app 2) Have to use Blizzard Desktop app icon to launch it 3) When you click on SCR on the side the big blue button says "Playing Now" and next to it says "Game is running" (when it is not) 4) Close blizzard app, try to uninstall remastered through remove programs, but it says the game is running or being used by Battle.net (even though both are not running) 5) Tried to uninstall/install blizzard desktop app again, but it doesn't help | ||

Sometimes there are processes left running in the background. This was the fix for me, except even after restart, inexplicably I had a dead hanging BW process in my task manager.
