Just a quick, silly question. Everytime when that Britney dude streams, the stream always has the most viewers. But everytime I tune in, he is always doing the most random things (eating food, browsing sites.. I don't know.. anything BUT playing Brood War ). So he seems to be doing nothing really special.. Why is it so popular?

WTF do you mean why?
Look at all the beautiful babes coming to his reality shows or whatever he is filming:

He's not really a Starcraft streamer anymore, but one of the biggest 'variety' streamers on Afreeca. He averages 15k+ viewers doing daily life IRL streams, and does random variety content where he's hit 60k+ viewers before. Part of the reason MPL was even possible in the first place is due to Britney's immense popularity in Afreeca. However, it's really hard to enjoy his stream if you're not completely fluent in Korean and understand Afreeca's streaming culture. I really enjoy his streams though - Koreans really take IRL variety streams to the next level, with examples such as 240 hour streams (they stream themselves sleeping as well) and 'missions' where people donate mind-boggling amounts of money to Britney to make him do stupid shit and basically control every aspect of his life. He's making insane money at this point though.
Terror (Chul-gu, former STX) is basically an even more popular version of Britney, although he's doing his mandatory military service so he's no longer streaming, same with Sea (although Sea's not as big, he has a massive cult following). They're basically celebrities to young Koreans at this point, with frequent comedic and some sexually provocative content.

People(afreeca streamers and viewers) treat terror as a president of afreeca stream platform. He made a word "ang~ gimotti"(앙~ 기모띠) popularized to the young generations and streamers and did crazy stuff in the past. His name was Lee, Chul Gu or Cheol Gu whatever his english written name is, but he officially changed his name to Ye Jun or Ye Joon.
