Afreeca post
That entire post recaps BW and Sonic's history, all new info is really just this:
Round of 32 will be streamed online by Sonic as usual + by OGN stream.
Round of 16+ will be broadcasted on the OGN channel and by their broadcasting team.
This doesn't end with SSL10.
Sonic is looking to make SSL11 happen be it through his or other sponsorship
and with OGN, but for that, he of course needs the fans' help!
More info like streaming times, prize etc. will be released in the near future.
Kim Carry helped with the negotiations.

Hi all, this is BJ Sonic, currently CEO of Sbenu and Sinbal Farm and SonicTV representative.
I still remember clearly, when exactly 15 years ago, I learnt BW from my cousin, and got deeply hooked onto BW via OGN. That was really crazy haha
I started the amateur BW league in 2006 and aside from my time spent in army, I've been consistently hosting the leagues for 8 years.
I first started this league for the sole reason of the love for the game, and I've tried many things to transit my league from an amateur to a professional one.
I've been cursed at by many for trying to run the Starleagues like a business, and I've also heard many comments about why I've been running a dead game since the end of TVing OSL.
I think there were many doubts about the revival of Brood War after the end of TVing OSL.
When everyone said it was tough, I continued to host the online tournaments and also hosted the first offline league since the end of TV broadcast of Brood War. Many continued to doubt everything about it, but I persevered.
I spent one year trying to get OGN caster Kim Carrier on board, and also remember making money out of nothing trying to host the 7th Sinbal Farm Starleague.
When the 9th Starleague ended, there was a long break afterwards and many wondered if I was going to stop hosting the tournaments anymore, which made me very upset and disappointed.
I worked harder than anyone else to make Brood War more than just a memory to us.
If anyone had to shoulder the burden to get Brood War back on Cable TV, I felt that it had to be me.
"Should I work hard, make lots of money and try sponsoring a league?" That very crazy thought actually came to fruition.
This 10th Sonic Starleague, the Sbenu Starleague will be broadcast via OnGameNet.
After TVing OSL, we can finally watch Brood War again on TV via OnGameNet. Of course, SonicTV will be broadcasting it together.
Round of 32 will be on SonicTV and OGN via Online Streaming, and from the Round of 16 till the Grand Finals, it will be broadcast on TV via OnGameNet.
Not just the 10th Starleague, but for 11th and beyond, I will either continue to get sponsors or work hard and put in my own money to carry it on this hard-earned opportunity, so I hope people will just return the favor with love. We hope everyone who has come with us so far can once again and continue to support the Starleague, now that it is back on OnGameNet.
I started off this first step, but I think the real potential of this will come from the viewers' love and passion. If we work together, I believe Brood War can continue to flourish.
I am thinking of focusing more on getting new faces in the scene, as well as in the amateur scene.
I am very happy and content for doing what others have said I could not, and I will continue to live and work hard. As the pioneer game of ESPORTS, we need your help to keep Brood War growing and flourishing as well as something comparable to Baduk.
I will soon announce the prize pool and the players in the league.
I am very happy to start off Brood War once again with OnGameNet.
I am sincerely grateful to Kim Carrier and people at OnGameNet who have seen my sincerity and helped me.
I have been busy with work lately and was not able to watch much games, but I intend to return home and play some games.
Thank you very much.
