But seriously, you don't want to "take a chance" on an internet recipe? Just look at the ingredients and if it looks legit, make it. The more butter and sugar, the tastier it is. | ||

The bleach really helps keep the muffins moist and it even brings out some of the subtler flavors in a high quality chocolate. | ||

Use about a 1/2 TEA spoon of baking powder per cup of flour. | ||

I used this recipe http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Banana-Chocolate-Chip-Muffins-101020 I made a few changes such as using 3 bananas and not measuring well and cooking them for a slight bit less time but they were FUCKING AMAZING. | ||
