Poll: Do you get DISCED often?
(Vote): very rarely or almost never
(Vote): kinda rarely, but it happens sometimes so its always in the back of my mind

Do you get disconnected often? i have some fuckin connection issues. whenever im browsing the net..or just playing SC, i get disced here and there...could happen like once or twice every 2 hours...sometimes more , sometimes less. but let just say if i play between 7 and 10 games, im almost guaranteed to get a disc. (and hence get a loss on iccup) im on BELL sympatico DSL (im wired)

when i used to have 56k i'd drop once every 3-4 games. it used to DC every night at 1:42am so the server could do whatever it is a server would do every night at 1:42...
now with cable, it's never a problem.

DSL sucks man, whenever someone calls in or calls out in my house, the connection drops. Even though we have all the filters in place. I'm not the only one with this problem too, other DSL users have this problem. I switched to cable internet and it doesn't drop. Costs twice as much though.
