When I click a lot really fast, like if I'm mass practicing muta vs scourge micro or really any intense muta micro my wrist tires out quickly and hurts quite a bit. I don't really have this problem in normal games, but it might just be that I've trained myself not to click too fast to avoid tiring out my wrist. However it works out, is there anyway I can isolate and exercise the muscle(s) involved in clicking aside from just mass clicking (which seems really inefficient to me)?
I just want to make this/these muscle(s) stronger so I won't tire out my wrist in more intense micro situations etc.

I'm trying to think of an exercise that would strengthen your wrist.. I dunno, try masturing the cumplete dedication to not jerking around and not wanking your time away when you could be flogging a chicken or pulling the ol chord.

yeah man i hear you.

Here's something that can help you. I know it's ridiculous but trust me it works. What you first want to do is buy ball bearings from a local retailer and make sure they're a reasonable size. Then stuff as many as you can into your mouse. This will drastic increase the weight of your mouse. Don't worry about the safety of your mouse, it's a worth sacrifice for superior clicking muscles. After you accomplish this you need to load up a micro map (preferably muta micro) then proceed to micro as hard as you can, this will build the basic muscles required to micro harder then you ever had before.

After you stop feeling fatigue from your clicking muscles you'll want to buy a bigger mouse and stuff more ball bearings in those and continue to work on those muta micro maps. Soon enough your muscles will yield high endurance and allow you to micro harder and faster then your opponents.

well the wrist is a very small muscle and very hard to target. Any heavy compound lift like Bench would surely strengthen them. I also find doing forearm isolation lifts help a lot too.
