Do I have to go to the roosterteeth forums/website to participate? Will there be a battle.net channel to quickly find games for this? I read all of it and I'm a little confused.

So you don't need to download any kind of launcher but chaos, and you don't have to sign up anywhere? And to find games you go to the b.net channel or the hamachi server or the thread and ask for games? So at the end of each week, or at the end of the ladder you will collect all replays? How will you determine the winners of the games and who played who without looking through what could be hundreds of replays?

The reason this little mini-league is so informal is because it is originally made for about 20-30 or so players that I have known for a while, that are fairly trustworthy people. This is the reason for the asking for replay packs at the end of the day/week so I can update the stats myself. I posted this here on tl.net to see if I could maybe gather a few extra players - not a whole lot - to participate, but it's already proving to be more difficult and confusing than I thought :X This is our first time attempting something like this within our forums, so all this feedback/criticism is very welcome.

Yes, and or make a whole new thread just for sign ups, because you need to know how many people are playing, and who they are, so when you get reps of them you know its a credible game and not someone smurfing with a tag to get free wins (not that anyone on your forum would ever do that). You could also do like Clan Art did and have a place to report all wins, so when you get done playing a game you put like. RvB)kaz 2:0 RvB)Boxer with reps uploaded and a link to them in the post. That way not only would you have every game recorded with reps, but you can quickly tally up the said games played. I dont think anyones going to post fake results when the player they played can simply look and see that they put the wrong thing, and you could compare what both players wrote. This is going to make it a lot more diffecult though and confusing so its up to you but when there are prizes I figure you'd want it to be more organized.
