[Q] Player's hotkeys in replays?

I remember on some replays randomly pressing the numbers and actually being shown the player's control groups! It was really cool but for some reason it isn't happening anymore. I have no idea how it happened the first time either. And I couldn't choose which player's hotkeys I was checking out.

Can anyone help me with this? I'd love to be able to see the hotkeys of the pro players playing the replays I watch. It makes me get a much better feel for how they operate, and it's just fun.

Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question. Also I suck at searching.

Hotkey Selector with ADVLoader/Chaos actually lets you view each player's hotkeys in a replay by clicking one of their units then pressing the number keys.

It still works. It only works sometimes though like you have to be in that player slot. Hard to explain.

ADV allows you to see all of them like SayaSP said.

I think in BWchart you can see the hotkeys, but it's harder to decipher exactly how they're using it. But with some good logic you can figure it out.

I know this, I'm just wondering how to consistently do it in-game so I can press the numbers and get a "feel" of what they're doing. I know it's definitely not necessary, I just like it.

Also I use ChaosLauncher, does it have that option? I think the only times it worked was when I was using CL.

when you watch a replay you get a start location+color in the map just like a player would in a game.. If you land in the same start location as a player had in the game you're watching, you'll get their hotkeys because you're kind of the same player. The replay-watcher isn't as separate from the game as the replay-mode leads the user to believe. This will definitely not be the case in SC2 if they have a spectator mode (and it would be silly if it didn't have a spectator mode).
