I'd do what you think is best, if you can end the class with an acceptable passing grade, it may not be a bad idea to do so, but if you think you're going to end the semester with a F, you may as well drop it. If you do though, make sure you acquire a text book or something, and try to pound the fundamentals into your head, so you're ready to take it next semester (new teacher or not). Either way, I wish you the best of luck.

are you going to college for the education or the degree? because if it was for the educaiton, you'd be passionate about physics and get the A anyway read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signalling_(economics)

I need someone to have the test. Which I don't. 2. I am going to college for the education AND the degree, I'm trying to balance out my routine, it's hard but whatever. I have no idea about physics until this year. Maybe if you went to this professor's lectures and whatnot, you'd understand how he taught it. He lectured about the book, basically, I sat in class and read the book while he lectured on it. Whatever the case may be though, I just ... blah.

Physics is definitely an attainable science, especially at the level of problems which I've seen you post (if I remember correctly). You just have to see where your lack of comprehension is coming from.

Just kidding, it's just that I've been studying physics for the last 5,5 years.

Stay with it if you plan on retaking the class. Next time you take it the higher grade will replace the lower grade.

If you need to take the physics series, then its possible that dropping this would set you back a year. So just check out the scheduling and what you plan to take when before you drop anything. It's being offered again next semester but I'm taking electrical courses instead, these BS courses I can take later. I want to get the heavy duty crap out of the way first.

It won't mess up your GPA because when you retake it it replaces your previous Grade, so by sticking with it you can at least see all the material the course has to offer so you are better prepared the next time around. Either way you will have to retake it, sticking with it will help you in the long run. My GPA is currently a solide 3.0somethingsomething, if I end up doing crap here, it will drop my GPA for sure as the class is a 4credit course. Obviously you cant retake the exact same test, so maybe the professor has an a,b,c,d version of the test, or maybe you or the professor could come up with some questions on the spot. Stay with it if you plan on retaking the class. Next time you take it the higher grade will replace the lower grade. I have to retake it, I need it to transfer to another college I want to go. >_> Gah, this is gay.

if you dont think the high school is serious ( what i think ); take your chances and get a good grade on the final, cheat if you must, but i'd rather study very hard than cheat. if you think the high school is serious enough for you, rather drop it and retake it; you'll learn what you've missed and make it stone solid. After all, if you're serious, thats what will benefit most to you
