EPTSo much has happened between now and then. I finished college, had a kid, and currently live a pretty everyday life, working a regular job and living in the suburbs with my girlfriend and son, which seems so far from the dream I once had of being a professional SC2 player. I'm not saying I gave up on my dreams but took a detour.
Sometimes life has a way of taking us down a road we could have never imagined, but nearly 10 years later, I got the itch to redownload Starcraft 2 and start casually playing again, and then something reminded me of this community, a community that I once held so near and dear to my heart, where I received so much good advice not just in SC2 but in life in general. I can't believe I was able to log back into my old account and take a trip down memory lane with my older blog posts.
So now that I am back, what is the scene like these days? It appears much has changed since I left. My favorite team, Evil Geniuses, isn't even a team anymore. It seems like the scene in NA is much more watered down now compared to what it once was. Is there anything I should be aware of coming back? or is the game similar to what it was ten years ago? Either way, I am glad to say...
