Telecom in California (Pt.1)

Hello again TL, I have not touched my computer for the last 3 weeks because I moved 3,000 miles away from Columbia, SC to SoCal, California. I never would have dreamed that I would be back in California. I grew up here until I was 10 years old but then moved and since then I have lived the majority of the time away in Pittsburgh, PA and SC. Moving to CA and being off of my computer has really opened up my eyes to how close minded and ridiculous I have been acting for well, the majority of my life.

Everything is different here, the atmosphere, the weather, the women, the weed, the money, everything. It feels like I am finally home, where I belong. I don't really care that some people may be against smoking weed, and it is great that the laws against it are more laid back here, I really love that you can just go to a dispensary and get so many different strands which may or may not be Indica / Sativa dominant, and also the interesting Hybrids.

Many may not know but I grew up in a very poor family and began selling weed in middle school, I have had a few run ins with the law but luckily nothing big enough to put me behind any serious time. My dream is to one day open our own dispensary and be able to help people who need medical marijuana for medicinal purposes. I love to be able to help people and make them feel better, and I also love to smoke as it relaxes me and mainly my eyes. Having a astigmatism and pressure build up in my eyes, whenever I smoke it really helps a lot.

Rest assured that the weed is not the only reason I came to California, it was mainly to open a clothing line with my lesbian room mate, but things took a crazy turn and I guess she is not coming back to California, and out of it I earned a new best friend. Me and my room mate now have gotten along very well so far and he is helping teach me about cars and introducing me to many influential people here in California.

I am unemployed at the moment because the company I worked for unfortunately do not hire in CA or NY, just collecting unemployment and pursuing to help rich old white people with there tech related issues around the neighborhood where we live here in Norco.

For the last 3 weeks we have really just been partying our asses off but now I am busting my ass learning about cars and making money any way I can. I have met and hooked up with a lot of different chicks and fucked up a lot of things that may have been good friendships / relationships with other girls, but who cares, it hasn't even been a month yet and I have already came to California with a bang. I hope to one day find the right Cali hippy chick that is perfect for me, but I know not to try and rush that. Right now I am mainly focused on money and pursuing my dreams.

As many of you may know I have been grinding to try and become a good SC2 player for a long time, but it never really happened to the level at which I desired. Now that I am in a good stable home I will be playing full time to try and achieve the dream of becoming a good / semi pro / pro gamer once and for all. I may not be able to stream steadily until I get new internet this coming week, but luckily from this tethered connection I have about 5/5 which is stable enough, and it tends to jump up later at night ( I guess when less users are on the T-Mobile network)

I could go on and on but I will save it for Part 2 of my California adventures. Until next time TL!

Thanks if you read this far, and I will be blogging from now on more regularly to share my California adventures. Part 2 will have pictures and a continuation to the stories. Thinking back I am and I am sure many MOD's here on TL are surprised Telecom even made it this far without being permabanned, I am very grateful to be apart of this community and I have learned a lot about games and life through TL. This isn't just a forum but it is a family and the best internet community anyone could ever hope to find, and that is the truth.

EDIT : Forgot to mention, my monitor broke ( it was pretty old anyways I guess...) , so I am using a big ass samsung TV to play StarCraft, it is pretty awkward lol...Can this be more straining on the computer rather than using a monitor?

Stay away from gangs and gang-related people. California has a 3 strikes law, and they put you away for life. You don t need to actually do anything violent either. Just being around a gang member when it happens is enough;

That's cool that the weed laws are less tight there. It's really a harmless substance for a lot of people and does wonders in many situations. good luck with everything.

Thanks guys. YokoKano I was expecting much more wild comments from you regarding herb. The dogs are my room mates but the Pitt bull is mixed with Husky, which explains the blue eyes, he is a really cool dog.
