EPTLEGAL BATTLE - STOCK INVESTING

Well the story begins about two weeks ago. I was up in Massachusetts to work on the case, when I heard that a blizzard was on the way. I had just endured the blizzard that hit the week before.. so I said fuck this, picked up all of my shit and left. I drove right back down to Florida lol. And good thing I did -- the Northeast was hit by recordbreaking snowfalls which began the night of my departure ( http://www.cnn.com/2015/02/15/us/weather-winter-storm/index.html ).
I made it home. I'm hanging out a lot in coffee shops, which is where I can get free wifi. I proceeded to spend the time since I returned writing up the next battery of legal documents. Its tough because,
1. I don't have a printer, so I print at the FedEx-Kinkos Office (and its expensive!)
2. I don't have Microsoft Word, and, frankly, OpenOffice just doesn't cut it, and I'm sort of juggling writing my documents between OpenOffice Writer and Google Drive, then finishing them on the design computers at said FedEx-Kinkos Office ($17 bucks for using the computer to finish my documents today!)
3. I'm 100% on credit cards to pull this shit off lol
4. I don't have legal training (I almost count this as an advantage)
5. It takes AGES to write these damn documents, that is, collect all of the information, discover the facts that I need to present, etc
6. Most of the information I need to concealed inside of the Company, so I collect everything piecemeal from a wide variety of sources
Ok Ok so that is some stuff that I just needed off of my chest.
So I spent dozens and dozens of hours writing a barrage of 4 documents. I UNCOVERED an instance of a Major Creditor of the Company (most likely) BREAKING the COURT'S RULINGS! It appears that they bought Stock in the Company. So I had to collect tons of information from the Securities and Exchange Commission's public filing system in order to "tell the story" of how they broke the rule against trading that was in place against said Creditor.

I put aside a TON of fear in submitting this document. Because we're dealing with such large amounts of money, you know? This Creditor may be Punished and lose $15 million - $200 million dollars on account of the document I submitted. Well, yeah, anyhoo, I submitted the documents anyhow and they'll show up in the Court's hands the week of the 23rd.
Well, I put the other three documents in -- including another Motion for the Appointment of an Official Committee of Equity Security Holders. Such an Official Committee is the main thing I'm pushing for in this case. Its necessary during a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy such as this in order to protect public investors like you and I (or your family members with a 401k, pension, brokerage account, etc). I need there to be an effective and strong Official Committee in order to protect my investment in the Company.

I mentioned I'm 100% on credit cards, i.e. broke. Well, I'm still pursuing my other entrepreneurial businesses. I'm an independent business person. OTHER NEWS
Well, I don't have a working desktop computer and my laptop sucks for gaming. So I haven't made any Let's Plays or been able to play games like I typically would -- well, maybe that's for the best, since I'm broke and my time is majorly crunched right now -- but I DID get to play Super Smash Bros on the Wii U at a local college cafe at the lovely Natura Coffee & Tea (and BEER!!) http://www.urbanspoon.com/r/26/302536/restaurant/UCF-Area/Natura-Coffee-Tea-Orlando
I played three four way matches, took 2nd (Young Link), 1st My all-time fave, Ness), 4th (Metaknight.. so clunky omg)
Also at Natura I performed my first SLAM POEM. It went over really great. Crowd numbered about 20 college kids. I think I mentioned that in my last blog.
