because starcraft to me is not a job, it never was a job. its always been my life and something i loved so much. During my peaks in the game i played around 12-16 hours every day and when i slept i thought about strategys so its not really like i can force myself to do this as im sure you can understand its not an easy feat.
i want to show my best condition to everyone whos watching, and most importantly im sure you all know i took a great amount of pride being a player and i want to live up to my own expectations.
What Starcraft is for you and the way you see yourself as a player are the things that made a fan of you Nani (and the fact that you have the skills to bakc it up ofc).

At least try maybe LotV expansion if you really did like SC2, would be sad to see you just straight up stop something you were good at and like.
I understand the Korea point though, your 100% right, the best players are there and if you can't speak the language it must be a lonely place

Did you not sign a professional contract with a team, making it a job? If it wasn't a job to you, surely you shouldn't of signed the contract - and should of just told them it was 'your life' instead? And then not accepted payment from them, and not had to do as they said, during your contracted employed duration?
Still sounds like you simply don't care about contracts and/or agreements, and you just selfishly did whatever you wanted, completely ignoring your obligation to the team who had, presumably, paid you money for your job?
If you are adamant about leaving, good luck to you in the future. Hopefully something can spark your passion again for Starcraft. You were one of the greats, and you're dedication and work ethic can get you far in anything you do.
I really hope to see you back later. Your runs in the GSL was what dragged me into watching this game day in and day out. I've always appreciated your attitude; it shines through in game and in interviews etc. Best of luck, Nani!

I think he meant that he never saw it as a job, more as a hobby that he got paid for. I also think you are just trying to make negativity out of nothing.
Good luck in whatever happens next in your life. I liked you because you were a good player. I don't care about the other drama things that happened with you.
