this doesnt seem to work for me, i checked "allow toggle conflicts" but i still cant set active/deactive pulsar beam to the same hotkey (assuming thats what the feature is for). is anyone else having this issue?

It means you can now use only one hotkey to toggle the beam on and off
instead of having to use one key to activate and a whole different key to deactivate it

but TT1 doesnt seem to be able to make that work
even though the patch notes advertise such a thing

does that make it clearer o_o

When changing around hotkeys I found it to be a bit confusing. Check the thread about changing hotkeys for spamming creep tumors or infested terrans. There are detailed descriptions on how to change stuff and save it etc.

Pretty standard change, protoss using more than 1 hotkey for any given thing is way too hard. I support this change.

x Enable hotkey conflicts at top left.
Go into your documents for SC there is a hotkey folder there and you have full control of your hotkeys even before the patches.
