"The Oracle’s Activate and Deactivate Pulsar Beam abilities can now be properly set to share the same hotkey using the Allow Toggle Conflicts option in the Hotkey menu." this doesnt seem to work for me, i checked "allow toggle conflicts" but i still cant set active/deactive pulsar beam to the same hotkey (assuming thats what the feature is for). is anyone else having this issue?   | ||

instead of having to use one key to activate and a whole different key to deactivate it but TT1 doesnt seem to be able to make that work even though the patch notes advertise such a thing does that make it clearer o_o | ||

Go into your documents for SC there is a hotkey folder there and you have full control of your hotkeys even before the patches. | ||
