Hello Martin,

Now I'm no psychologist or expert, and I don't know the situation as well as you, but it just seems like you two aren't really compatible. You seem to be to be very reserved, very shy, and introverted. She seems like someone who is the opposite, someone who needs social interaction. It seems she wants to be around people who can socialize with her, while you're not really that type of person who could talk for hours on an end with another.

Sorry about that fact that you two broke up, but there are plenty of girls out there. Also, while it's alright to be reserved and introverted, it's also important to not be afraid of interacting with others. Social interaction is important, and while you don't have to enjoy it, you should for your own sake learn to become proficient at it.

Here's my take on the whole thing, take it for what it is, I'm just interpreting things out of the text. The thing you have to realize is that you can't expect the same things from a friend as a partner in a commited relationship, since you guys broke up she spends more time away from you and doesn't interact with you as much because you're friends, not lovers anymore. You can't expect a friend to always nudge at you and take the initiative, eventually they will want something back as well. She still cares about you but she can't take responsibility for your life on top of her own, when you two were together your life was more like a part of her life as well and she kept doing those things you had grown accustomed to. You'll just try to realize that she lives her own life and even though she doesn't pay as much attention to you anymore she still most likely cares, you just can't expect the same things anymore. I don't know if this made any sense at all but I hope you can view it in another way than her not caring.

Agreed with the previous poster on social interactin being important, although you might be an introvert social interaction is something necessary for most people to feel good. Maybe you could try to get some more friends beyond this girl so that you can rely on them for talking and hanging out or whatever. Best of luck to you Martin.
