So true. Sounds like you two are a great match. I just hope she feels the same way and and doesn't get distracted by the first handsome dude to show her some attention. Amen to that. Hopefully writing a killer song for her bought me some time hahaha. I need to channel my EtherealDark and auto-win against all the would be Mr. Tall, not-dark, and handsome's out there. | ||

but you're still mailing her stuff and pining for her. you're either going to get rejected or have some kind of awkward quasi relationship where your onlyy interactions are texting, calls and eating ramen and masturbating together over skype. or she'll wanna be friends and youll agree and then just obsess over her anyway you're either way too obsessed with someone who you can't have a real relationship with, or you're doing things like recording songs and writing love letters because you saw that bitches love that shit in some chick flick and you should do the same. neither situation is healthy and jerubaal is right | ||

IF I were obsessed and in danger of falling into one of those traps. But I'm not. I alluded to it in my response to JWD, but in my blog it appears that this girl is the center of my universe, but that is merely the result of the way I wrote the narrative, not a reflection of reality. Ya, I went full cheese ball and wrote her a song and the letter wasn't so much a love letter, as it was an explanation of the exceptional circumstances of the relationship that made me be so bold. It's hard to explain without going into it too much, but basically I've never once been so deluded that I thought I had a legitimate chance of a "real relationship" coming out of this. Everything I've done has been all about telling an incredible girl that she is incredible really, not to get something out of it like a relationship. There are other details, like the fact that right now she doesn't plan on being in NY forever, just for school, I'm moving soon and have nothing tying me down to one place, I can go wherever the fuck I want and NY is a good place for me to visit for a plethora of reasons excluding seeing Felicity, but I might go somewhere totally different too, who knows? Also, neither of us are the kind of people who would settle for Skyping and texting being the whole of our relationship, so it's either going to fade and be a happy memory, or be something more in time. Either way I did something crazy and told her how amazing a person she is. So I don't regret a thing. | ||
