Took yours and some other positive comments i've gotten recently and made a wordcloud of it, really fun and motivating to look at for me. ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/L999K.jpg) Link to the image in a bigger size. I'd say the direction the EP will take about when this part ends is into a more progressive house music kind of style. And i haven't really thought about what my influences are, i mean. My music isnt 100% new thinking, but i'd like to think that its somewhat of my own style. And the artists i love to listen to in general are the big more "flavourful" EDM producers, Justice, Daft Punk, Nero, Skrillex. Knife party and Deadmau5 to name a few. But i wouldnt say that i listen to them and try to emulate them, rather try to compare quality, length and trying to identify why people love them so much. What i've come to realize is that most people need something to "hold on to". With Justice its that renewed old school soundstyle with excellent composing. With Deadmau5 and Daft Punk its all about the soundscape and they're really masters at using it. So i want to extract the knowledge from them, or something, when i listen to them. And i guess you could call that an influence. | ||

I would love if it wasn't so "clean". Hard to describe, but I wish it could be a tad more grimy / messy.. Kavinsky style. Have you tried messing with some distortion (apart from the wub wubs  )? Keep it up though. We all have our different opinions, and you're on the right track. | ||

Haha, the critizism i had before on the wip on this song was that the bass was too distorted(its got like 3 distortion effects on it right now). But if you mean like more messy grimy like the old school dubstep thats kinda not what i like, and if you mean just plainly more "violent" then im gonna say youre gonna have to wait for track 3 of this EP :D Keep in mind this is just the intro.  | ||
