EPTI also got news the other day, my wife and I have been approved for a house. In about 4 to 5 months we will be moving in, its a 3 bed 2 bath bungalow, its everything that we wanted. We got to pick out colours and styles the other day before they begin to construct it. It's going to be a lot more room than we have now, 2 bed 2 bath town house that we rent for $875/month. The mortgage is going to cost a little more but it will be worth it.
Why 3 beds? Well theres the master for my wife and I, a second for my step-son and a third for the baby we are going to begin trying for. Today, at about 8pm tonight I get on a plane and we head for Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We are going away for a week, all inclusive, just the two of us, where we will drink, eat, parasail, etc. I'm pumped, not to mention the possible baby that could come out of it, its like our one last hoorah!
That being said, everything else in life seems to be falling into place as well. Works going well, I love my job more and more every day and the impact I can have on peoples lives.
