Some bronze level struggles with terran

My zerg play seems to be improving a bit thankfully. Unfortunately it's very difficult for me to get games in on a regular basis but luckily I have just found a nice chunk of time an played 5 games. I have noticed that once the midgame to the start of the late game, I often drop focus and let my macro go to to all sorts of hell. I also have issues knowing when to be aggressive in the late game and when to stay back as you can see in the second game where I fail with my attempt at infestor broodlord play. Both games are vs terran. I feel that this is my hardest race to play against because if I don't win in the early-mid game I almost always lose.

Replay 1: Guy goes for a hidden expo and mass bc. Couldnt get enough corruptors out in time.

Replay 2: Guy turtles, gets to late game, should have had a lead on him but I lost because I'm not comfortable with late game.

Here. Start there. If you want to get better, actually watch that, and then either do exactly what it says, or:

Find, through the strategy section and recommended threads, a build that you like doing that's not cheese, and do it. Every Game. Or make one for each match-up. Every. Game. As zerg it's probably better to go with what the video is going to say, because of just how zerg play.

But overall instead of blindly wandering around, get an idea of what you want/need to do, and consistently work on that. The mechanics, scouting, decision making, and every and anything else will naturally just flow in.
