If you don't know what to take, go to a local pharmacy. Sodium docusate pills (not sure if that's the name in english) or glycerin suppositories work usually. In your case, take the suppository because it's an instant effect. If it's a reccuring problem, starting taking the pills (and maybe sennokot as well, but better to consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting to take things chronically). | ||
