I made it to the quarterfinals undefeated and got 2-0ed by a protoss - 4gate that I forgot to make units against (like really, that's what happened - I scouted it and then I pumped drones) and DTs killing all my workers because I didn't have detection like I shoulda. But hey, I made it to the quarterfinals! It was a lot of fun, it was a good experience playing with something more on the line than ladder points, and I met some cool dudes. Wish me luck in the next one!   | ||

It was a gold/plat event with no prize, and just over 64 people showed up. Since I only just recently started my third week of SC2, I didn't expect to do very well, even with the skill cap.
