Hi everyone, I've not played much 1vs1 since the warp gate nerf, but I didn't follow SC2 pro scene much either (except TSL and the first 3 GSLs). However, I want to follow it actively now as well as learning, I guess, the new BO's for PvX. If I'm on the right track, PvZ used to be 3 gate sentry exp (and forge+FE on some maps). As far as I know, 2 gate sentry exp is more used now. Is that right? Also, I used to use the kcdc build for PvT with quick colossi, is this still viable? And how about PvP? If you give a link to standard game reps, that'd be awesome. I just want to learn the modest strategies before playing ladder. Speaking of reps, which is the most popular website if you need up-to-date ones (including pro reps)? I've found http://www.gamereplays.org/starcraft2/replays.php?game=33 by using google, but there have been no replays since the end of May. Finally, which are the major tournament to follow? MLG, NASL and GSL, right?

I don't know much about PvP, or where to find the best replays, but in addition to the three major tournaments you listed above, you should really try to follow:
TSL: The TSL3 was absolutely 100% epicness, but the TSL Opens that determine the seeding for it are definitely worth watching, so keep an eye out for any TSL4 Opens in the future. They're awesome tournaments that have often given up-and-coming players a chance to shine. I had no idea who Cruncher or Thorzain were until they rampaged through the Open tournaments.
GSTL: GSL team league. The last one was really exciting and it only looks like it will get better.
DreamHack: Huge and highly anticipated European tournament drawing the best players from all around the world. You should look that up as well.
IGN Proleague: I personally had a great time watching this tournament. It's only had one season, and the players weren't the very very super best, but its production value was extremely high and the games were very entertaining. I'll definitely be checking out the next one.

Yep TSL is in my mind the best tournament that I've ever seen. You should also check out NASL and GSL, especially the upcoming Super Tournament final.
