Heya guys.
Froadac is out of school. Froadac salvaged 3 B+s into As.
Froadac has a 4.15 Cumulative GPA, and is happy.
Froadac now will have a surgery later this summer.
Froadac can't really commit to anything because I could have surgery at any time
SOOOO
Froadac is doing his summer assignments, and playing shittons of SC2
Firstly
I signed up for the TLOPen for the third time. This time my first round opponent, a grandmaster zerg didn't show. And then second round I went into the game. I managed to kill the opponent's economy with drops, but archons rolled me over, and eventually he had enough to get out a dt to kill my wayward Pfort. ((
However, since then the opponent and I have played a few practice games, we are about even, and it's good practice for terran.
Secondly, I have been thinking about playing Zerg. So what did I do? Hop on good ol coaching Sunday on Mr. Bitter's Stream. Get ready to LEARN SOME ZvT. And the cry goes out for a high diamond or low masters Terran player. So I volunteered, got all nervous, played some bad games, but at least beat the opponent.
We had a hilariously bad game, which Mr. Bitter called an Abortion of a game. It was an abortion of a game, but tremendously tense to play.
Then I harassed Mr. Bitter to tell him what he thought about my play. He summarized it as bad.
I also played Mr. Bitter twice. Got stomped both times. Well, true I guess.
Now I"m rewatching the VODS of previous coaching he did to actually learn lol.
So that brings me to my final point, I'm going to try to switch (or just learn) zerg. Zerg is damn hard, but honestly my strength doesn't lie in my multitask etc. My positioning is much better blah blah blah. And roaches and lings are awesome. And I like being a terrorist. And blowing stuff up with banelings.
So I got some help from the ever helpful guitarizt. A gentleman and a scholar he walked me through a few builds, and hopefully I can replicate them. I've been trying to just macro against a very easy computer, and it's surprisingly easy.
So I think I'll buy ~2 hours of Mr. Bitter's time in a couple weekends when I feel I'm adequately competent with zerg.
if there are any players that are at the gold or maybe platinum level that would like to practice with me that would be excellent.

I'm a noob, how do you get more than a 4.0? Extra classes? Way to get those B+'s up.
If you need any help with zerg, I'm a 1k masters and can show you some stuff if you'd like. Just shoot me a PM.
|
Oh. College levle (AP) Classes.
Ok, Thanks. Once I figure out macro stuff I'll shoot you a PM.
|
We need to play more games
its Nerfme btw.
also funny cause guiitarizt is on my friends list too.

Please don't buy coaching time when there are so many VoDs of people coaching him online :X I'll play a few games with you and let you know what you're doing wrong, but I don't think coaching time is worth it unless you have little time on SC2, or feel you have hit a wall in your play at a higher level (maybe around mid-high masters). Grats on your 4.15 GPA and gl on your surgery! ^^
|
I'll coach you
|
Are you switching to zerg temporarily for fun, or for the entire foreseeable future? :O
|
Fuck dude, good going on your grades!! Beast mode activated turning your B+ into A. :D. Good luck on the surgery hope everything goes perfect, tell us everything in TLHF as to your progress with gym stuff

In my opinion you shouldn't get MrBitter's coaching. His knowledge of the game is little to none, and despite him being a fairly nice guy, I feel like you could spend your money better elsewhere. I believe that StrifeCro also does coaching for around the same rate. Gl Hf!!! :D

There's a lot of high level coaches out there you should really look into before purchasing time. Some that are incredibly knowledgeable around all match ups for relatively cheap. Just a thought and welcome to the swarm ♥

I'd disagree completely here, masters zerg here. Day9 took me from silver to diamond but it was and 12 weeks with the pros / the next 12 weeks took me from diamond to masters, they are the single best resource for any zerg looking to master the fine details of each match up. MrBitters is one of the most knowledgeable coachs available.

But also, 12WWTP was also just MrBitters getting coached by very very strong zerg players. Not MrBitter coaching someone else, or showing his own knowledge of the game. Please, give credit where credit is due.

MrBitters is one of the most knowledgeable coachs available.
That's a very bold statement. Also, just because someone has knowledge about the game, doesn't mean they have the personality or patience to coach someone properly....Just something to think about.

What a random bump, I didn't, blahblahblah.
|
Where's MrBitter been? I booked some coaching with him a while ago, still haven't gotten a reply. I'm assuming that he's been at NASL. If that's the case then its all good.
