okay so i have this problem, I want to attempt to stream. Or even record videos for youtube, and upload them here are my problems.

I'm using justin.tv

1) I want my overlay to look like day9's overlay.

The one on the right side, where it sais Day 9 and covers up the timer. And he moves it anyone know how to make it.

2) Also at the beginning, of his video he has his background or whatever, How does he make it look perfect. Here is the picture i made for my channel but when I run my channel it looks square.

and from my channel it looks so bad.

3) When i attempt to stream, i only hear my mic not the speaker.

anyone know how to fix that?

During a daily isn't the best time to ask. Its too spammy. Much easier to get help at other times.

He has a screen region set to capture on VHS screen cap with an image open in ifranview. And the overlay for the replay timer is the same thing just a smaller version.

Thanks, I got the Irfanview thing for the background.

My problem is how does he do the overlay, because he can re size it and its transparent. I can make it transparent in Photoshop, yet how he show it on screen without the program open you know what i mean?

When, the stream is offline he has a picture, the same as his background. Mine looks bad, where his looks clean, size wise i mean.

What broadcastng program are you using? XSplit has an option to add images on top of the stream by "Add a media file" -- Additionally you can right click on the image in xsplit and make it transparent.
