I have been playing at least a couple games each night, but I haven't even been able to work out the best schedule for that, yet, either, since I have other things going on.
I'm not too worried about not being able to play for hours at a time, since I'm just starting and don't want to burn myself out. However, I'm looking forward to having at least one night where I can play for two to three hours straight.
I'm still playing against the AI, but I'm doing better. I'm only practicing PvT right now, and the AI always pushes about the same time with marines and marauders, but it's actually very good practice for me to get down my macro-mechanics.
I want to build upon my macro-mechanics as opposed to coming up with a bunch of strategies and then struggling to improve my macro while trying to do the strategies. Therefore, having a rather predictable AI opponent allows me to gauge how well I'm doing. Plus, it is good to learn to be prepared for rather fast, aggressive pushes from a Terran opponent. In general, I can't see it ever being bad that I'm learning how to quickly mass up probes and fighting units.
Once I start playing against humans, and progressing in more interesting ways, I'm going to try to post more on this blog.
I hope to do my ranking matches in another week or two. I originally thought it would be sooner, but my busy schedule has kept me from getting as prepared as I want.
However, if you want to practice against me in a couple weeks, feel free to PM me - that's a standing invitation.

Stay tuned...
