My World Of Starcraft 1
The State of the Game
Sean "Day[9]" Plott
Like the lurking Zerg hordes, Sean is always one short step away from a violent explosion of energy. He combines the cold, calculating prowess of the Overmind and the rabid lust for Starcraft warfare of the single-minded Zergling. while many mistake his jubilant risibility as carefree and friendly, it is actually the diabolical cackle of the Swarm. His daily shows have amassed a strong following of minds of all sorts which he leads to his whim in a terrifyingly unified display of the might of the Zerg machine. Ever-expanding, omnipresent, and evolutionary, Sean is the Swarm.
Tyler "Nony/Liquid'Tyler" Wasieleski
If Protoss had last names we could only imagine them to be just as mysterious as Tyler's own. He lurks like the Dark Templar in the shadows of a Terran base, stands stoic at the edge of the battlefield like the towering Colossus, and watches over with the confident indifference of the Observer. But in this collected man there lies the ability to unleash a storm of raw power, a storm whose potency tells the tales of his years of experience and his innumerable accomplishments. Just when you think you have him pinned down as the slow and silent type his Phoenixes sear trails across the sky and his Zealots emerge from the bare ether into existence. Tyler is just chillin' Protoss.
Geoff "Incontrol of Announcements" Robinson
Don't let Geoff fool you. He plays Protoss, yes, but take one step back to realize he is all Terran. Geoff is the siege tank that sets up and takes control of the room. His shells are within range of any opportunity for a joke--any chance to establish that he is completely in control (see what I did there?). You cannot hide from Geoff; he will call you out like a scan finding hidden tech. All at once his wit is as quick and fiery as the Hellion and his physique is that of the gargantuan Thor. Though he is friendly, when it's time to get the job done he will get down to the grit and repair, salvage and lift his way to success. Geoff is Terran on the inside.
Karma points for avoiding stimpack/steroids jokes.
JP "itmeJP" McDaniel
And what is that force that holds it all together? What is that driving momentum without which the three races may never have come together? It is JP, the Xel-Naga of SotG. When Sean's Zer-like rampage of humour spirals out of control it is JPwho can bring it all back. With only passing interest invested in the day to day struggles of the three races JP has the far-reaching vision of the Xel-Naga Wachtower. His past is different from the others and he brings the lessons of alien worlds to bear in his subtle guidance of the other three pillars of SotG. JP is the watching Xel-Naga.
