As many of you already know, I have a couple of things I need to churn out sooner or later. Ever since I lost to l10f in that grudgematch (Yes, I played like shit), I've been continuously bugged by certain people to churn out that video of me dancing to Mister and an audio recording of me singing Bo Peep (Terrible song btw).
Anyways, I've come to ask what the best way to record audio and video are. I used to use my old camcorder, but that doesn't work anymore since I can't find it. I'm reluctant to use webcam because I have to stand soooo far away. I guess I could use my cam and take video on that, but I'm not entirely sure about that. As for audio, I have no clue lol.
If all goes well, I should be able to grind out stuff by the end of the week. Also, since I've promised Milkis and MrHoon, if the public isn't satisfied with the Mister dance or Bo Peep singing, I will sing/dance to another song.

In the interest of getting the best MIster dance out of Roffles as possible, i propose that, in the case where the Mister dance is not of satisfactory quality, Roffles has to dress appropriately in order to dance this song.

Any suggestions? Audacity has worked well for me for the limited audio editing jobs I've done. I have no clue when it comes to video though.
Also, I second Milkis suggestion

cool edit pro/adobe audition is probably your best choice for home recording. You can auto tune your voice to sound just like t-ara =].

a second on audacity, a solid, free audio recording program and easy UI

Yeah, use audacity for audio and I'm not really sure about video but does camtasia work with webcam? I think one of the versions does.

Audacity isn't fantastic, but it's probably the best free audio software.
Agreed with UrASofty for Cool Edit Pro if you feel like going through that hassle of pirating something. I found that software pretty simple to use (though I last used it 6 years ago), and it has a lot of filters for cleaning up your recording.
