I don't know enough about 3ds max to make the fractal distortion or glow or pulsating red veins or anything, but I was moderately successful in making a shiny reflective base texture. All of these shots are using the exact same texture and such. To be clear, these are space ships. They do look a little bit like shadows but mechanically they are totally different. All of the spikes serve as functional weapons, psionic drives, or both. | ||
