Recently Australian D to C rank clan Terror Australis hosted an in-clan showmatch series between two of our top players - [TA]Smace and [TA]Harlekuin and our clan members [TA]Image (aka Imagist) and [TA]ToastFluff aka Fluffy donated their time time commentate and upload the replays.
Thought I would share them with everyone, as the commentary is entertaining and the games, while not high level, are entertaining enough for C/C- ranked players. Enjoy!
Smace is [TA]'s ace Protoss player and also part of our 2v2 team, and he has proven to be a contender for strongest player in the clan when [TA]LoSt dropped off activity. He has taken out or consistently placed well in all clan tourneys. Harlekuin is our highest ladder ranked player and one of our stronger Zerg players but has not been able to back up his reputation with results. Now is his chance to prove the underperformances in clan matches were flukes.
Terror Australis is an active Australian clan for D to C ranked players in StarCraft: Brood War! We will also be participating in SC2 when it is released. Feel free to PM if you are interested in joining us.
We are also always looking for Clan Wars with well-mannered D to C rank clans who can play in Korean times on weekends

@Harle + Show Spoiler +LOL bl man you didn't really play your best and Smace's style is strong against your macro-focused ZvP play. His storms really destroyed you when you had the army advantage and he complimented it well with multi-front harass that simultaneously crippled your eco while your standing army was killed.

Looks like Smace dominated today.. I watched the replays, going to check out the commentary on the games. Should be good, and GG's. ^_^

Great job with the commentaries! + Show Spoiler +Smace's dominance continues and game 4 was just brutal

Good job smace. Nice to see Harle was hilarious and a good sport about it.

Definately gonna watch this. Since I'm C- now, these tactics displayed will be in my reach now .
btw Del, are you dutch to some degree or do you just happen to know 5 dutch words? Because you also organized dutch national tournies, and I know many dutch people migrated to australia in the past 50 years.

Commentating this was a lot of fun! As always, I'm pleased to see the feedback on that was pretty good, and I hope to see (and perhaps commentate) more quality matches out of [TA] - every game in this series offered something interesting (and some of them some really warped stuff) to watch, which is more than I can say for some Korean Pro Matches.
+ Show Spoiler +Harlekuin - there were definitely games where you had chances, so don't take it too hard. I'm not presuming to be a strategic mastermind, but hopefully looking the games over after the fact and hearing some outside perspective has given you some food for thought as far as adjustments and improvements.

Now that I'm watching the series; you could spoiler the individual games less by putting each addition al youtube in a seperate, deeper spoiler.
