Am I the only one who feels like "Recommended Games" in the OP of LR threads are kind of outdated and overused?
Most of the time people disagree on what game is actually good or not and personally there's often considerable bias in the selection of recommended games. Some OPs choosing to overlook games where their favorite player loses as "bad" etc.
I'm not calling anyone out (I honestly wouldn't know who to call out) and it's not a huge deal, it's just been on my mind for awhile and kind of bugs me. Why not just have "Game Summaries" and just sum up each game in a sentence or two and let people decide what to watch themselves? Or just not have anything at all.
What do you guys think?

I guess it goes into the topic makers preference. I mean, there shouldn't be a set way of making LR threads, just as long as you have the essentials. I'd like someone to take your idea to heart, and instead of putting up "good games" summarize each one in spoilers, and conclude with a sort of "this game was HOT imo"

Yeah, I agree that it's fun to recommend what you like. The practice doesn't make me angry or anything, I just think it's something to think about as an OP
