Absolutely. Perhaps an argument can be made for those with light prison terms (<5 years), but for those with a long stay, particularly lifers, these conditions are adequate.

Then John Gotti became overconfident about his own safety and stopped the payments. Therefore the AB secretly used a big black man to beat him badly as a warning. Gotti had no choice but to start paying his protection money again. Eventually he died from a neck cancer.
