Good luck in your future endeavors and I hope to see you kicking ass in SC2, and hopefully, for all the simplification, the game gets more global and people like you will have a much better shot at being PRO.

Artosis, Tastless, and sometimes IdrA? Yeah i agree. I live in Asia and i know in terms of culture Korea is still very much traditional compared to china, singapore, taiwan, japan. These 4 countries are the only ones nearer to western laidback culture.

Would you ? Does it matter ? He probably realized what he was up against and didnt feel it was worth it, after all, he had other options, while for many of those pro players being a PRO is theyr best chance at greatness. And with sc2 coming out, I think it would get more demotivating everyday(assuming he quit because he wasant satisfied with the current course of action), because it might launch, and suddenly all that time in korea was for nothing, because the whole scene changed. Theres always to many variables in life, dont judge people.

Artosis, Tastless, and sometimes IdrA? Author of "moronic post" had his episode of being a progamer in Korea. Sure, these were different times when you look at how proteams are run, but looking at his blog might give you some hints on how guy knows their society/culture. PS comments like "moronic post" don't add much to the discussion.

I guess when your needs will expand to something more than just sitting, playing and posting, you'll forget very quick about starcraft.
